It may have taken a little longer than expected, but our kitchen from D&S Kitchens was definitely worth the wait!

D&S came out to see what we wanted, offered good advice and gave a estimate based on what we had agreed. The price was competitive and we were told it would not be inflated by hidden extras, and it wasn't.

There were no problems at all, every aspect of the job was dealt with professionally and competently. D&S did what we agreed and they did it to a high standard.

The hinges, slides and pull outs were all soft closing German and Italian manufactured. We choose walnut carcasses with Shaker Style Solid Walnut doors; these were finished with plinths, pelmets, and cornice which matched beautifully. Everything was fitted by hand, levelled and square which took extra time (probably due to our un-square walls and floors).

If we had to do it for a second time, without reservation, we would use D&S again.

D&S Kitchens fitted our new kitchen in August and we are delighted with it, not just the quality of units & work tops but the workmanship especially.

As it was the summer holidays I was dreading workmen being in the house as well as keeping our 5 year old daughter entertained, however there was very minimal disruption to our days. The guys were extremely concious of noise levels and mess, so we had no concerns there.

Our old run down units were over 11 years old and finished. The new units and appliances have totally transformed our home, even my husband comes in the kitchen now! Our kitchen designer showed us how we could make best use of our space and even added a very useful breakfast bar which we never believed would work but it now looks amazing.

The price was excellent compared to other quotes we received. The whole kitchen including oven, hob and extractor, etc, was actually cheaper than another local quote we had just for units!

We would certainly recommend D&S Kitchens to everyone.
